Hi, I’m Christina!

ᯓ✈︎ My Journey

My creative journey all started when I was 7 years old, where I began weaving friendship bracelets and lanyards.

Colorful handmade braided and beaded bracelets and keychain on a white to blue gradient background.

Eventually as I grew older, I began exploring other creative outlets like drawing, crocheting, and photography, all of which helped shape my creative approach.

Collection of crocheted items including a large purple plush, a square with a bunny face, a bag, cat hat & charm, a purple tapestry with a girl’s face, a yellow duck, a purple flower, and a black bag with a star, all laid out on a gradient surface.

I started college planning to study psychology and become a psychiatrist, drawn to understanding how people think and behave… up until I discovered Design at UCI. Being part of a welcoming community that encouraged growth gave me the opportunity to work on my first projects, take on leadership through organizing events, and create impact on the community ultimately made me realize that design was something I wanted to pursue.

Now, I design digital experiences rooted in how people think, feel, and navigate the world, blending together my creativity, curiosity, and understanding of human behavior. By continuously stepping into new experiences through competitions, certifications, coursework, and real-world projects, I have grown to realize the importance of embracing uncertainty.
